At first it took time to get all my service needs addressed I would come in and they were not ready or sytem was down or they where not going to provide what I needed. In the end they took care of my needs David in service was real helpful. Also, Austin in customer service.

Very good service, however I suggest that you put a sticker in window after each oil change; so we'll know when it's time for the next one. It's not even shown on invoice.

I am here for the Holidays to visit our kids. We drove out from South Carolina. I needed an oil change & got a recall alert on our 2021 Chevy Silverado Duramax. Got an appointment for the next day & everything was completed. They even did an inspection & rotated our tires. Geo our Service Advisor was beyond excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Job well done.

My experience was terrific. I checked the car in and waited in the lobby where they had a coffee machine and a counter where I could work while I waited. It was comfortable with good wifi and I was productive. In no time, they had my car ready. Grest

At the beginning, I would bring my car in and any available service writer would help me but, from the minute I met Jordan, she is the only one I go to. Jordan is friendly and competent and efficient. I feel that she is honest and takes good care of me and my car. She is the best.

Service was not terrible but slightly different from what I remember in the past, I asked for an inspection of my vehicle but did not receive the recommendation sheet even after I asked for it, service sticker was not given to indicate when the next oil change should be. It’s little things but those little things make a difference

I brought in my Volt because it would not charge. Dealer determined it was a software problem on my over 11 year old car, and fixed it on warranty. They gave me an Uber certificate to return to get my car. There was no charge.

I recently had to have my Chevy Volt brought in the Culver City Chevrolet for some repairs and service. My service rep, Taylor, was wonderful from start to finish! She was very professional, communicative, kind and conscientious. She kept me in the loop throughout the process. The repairs were taken care of more quickly than I had expected, as backordered parts arrived early. My car is running great again and I couldn’t have been happier with the service!

Was helped throughout the whole process of changing out two front tires and giving us updates on the changes and if our EUV needed any other changes. In addition they gave out car charged completely at no cost which was appreciated as we had a long trip ahead. I would recommend getting help Luis who helped us out throughout and responded quickly and friendly.
