We spoke about bearing a deal from another dealer and when we spoke on the phone, he said he could bring the price down $1500 and wave the aftermarket fee. Total bait and switch advertising! Would not honor the terms of an advertised lease special unless I agreed to purchase the vehicle add-ons which I did not want or have a need for on a vehicle I was looking to lease for 24 months. Total fraud! Customers do not have to purchase dealer add-ons!

Fred and the team were top-notch. I came in with a trade-in and they gave me a strong offer upfront. Ended up driving off in a brand-new Silverado. Sandra made the paperwork a breeze and I was done in under two hours.

The first lie was the remaining warranty on the vehicle then a $2,000 reduction of the listed price then I was quoted and agreed to $18k for my trade in, I was guaranteed the dealership extended warranty of $3,200 and 45 days before the first payment, I was never told about the $4,000 accessories on a used vehicle.

Not a great experience. Dubious sales practice and misrepresentation of the state of the car which stopped running after 3 weeks. They refused to accept liability. If you're buying or leasing a car from here walk out if you're there for more than 2 hours. Thank me later.
Ali was absolutely fantastic. He listened to what I needed and found me a certified pre-owned Equinox in my budget. No games, no back-and-forth. Fred, the GM, even came over to check in and thank me. That was a nice touch.

I recently purchased a Chevy Silverado 2500 HD from Culver City Chevrolet. The salesman, Jorge, was polite, courteous, and informative. When it came time to negotiate, he handed it off to his Assistant manager, Cesar Vega. Mr. Vega is one shady character. BUYER BEWARE! This dealership employs “bait and switch” tactics. Advertising a low price, then the final price being multiples higher. VERY disappointing experience with Culver City Chevrolet!!! I found the truck I was looking for at Culver City Chevrolet. After days of back and forth and a planned visit from 80 miles away to test drive gone south, they said they would not honor the price they offered on AutoTrader. Such a waste of time with their false advertising.
Dropping 30k on a car and they can’t even return a phone call additionally there’s about 8 sales man just standing in unison like lions looking for there next prey. They were nice and efficient but unfortunately it stopped there. I would never buy a car from here again. Greedy little piggies

Quite a few items that I was left ghosted on. 1. Finance team incorrectly marked my contract not elg for a refinance but I really was yet no email confirmation of the correction that I asked for was ever received . 2. The driver window was tinted with warning sticker between film and window. Absolutely no response to get it replaced. You know once you walk out follow up is impossible.
This used to be a decent dealership for car service. But it has deteriorated so much. It is just a terrible service now. I'll go elsewhere and suggest the same to you.

The reason I go to this dealership is because of the service I get from Jordan Rathman. She always treats me with respect she’s prompt and efficient and the usual unpleasant experience of getting a car repair is actually quite nice.
The service people were great. They took you in right away. Not sure if they did everything they were supposed to do. A few items were left undone.
It was my first there and the salesperson that helped and the others were great. Loved it and purchased my Tahoe there.

I am here for the Holidays to visit our kids. We drove out from South Carolina. I needed an oil change & got a recall alert on our 2021 Chevy Silverado Duramax. Got an appointment for the next day & everything was completed. They even did an inspection & rotated our tires. Geo our Service Advisor was beyond excellent. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Job well done.

Ask for a tire pressure check, idk why they didn’t do it, I said my tires is all on low pressure. I brought my dads truck for recall and ended up doing oil change, I barely drove my dads truck less than 200miles in 1 year. My dad has passed away and inherited his truck. Has 4k mileage on it and I brought it for oils change when it hit 2k mileage almost 2 years ago.
Jordan helped me. She very courteous and knows her stuff. I really feel like she looks out for the customer and I really appreciate it.

Took one month to fix my car. Took 4 days before they even looked at it even though I made an appointment. Screwed up the install of a component requiring an additional 5 days. When I finally could pick up my car, the drivers door wouldn't close and I wasted 2 hours going to and from the dealer that day. Might have been the worst experience I've ever had at a mechanics in 20+ years across 3 states and two countries. Do not recommend at all.
