VERY disappointing experience with Culver City Chevrolet!!! I found the truck I was looking for at Culver City Chevrolet. After days of back and forth and a planned visit from 80 miles away to test drive gone south, they said they would not honor the price they offered on AutoTrader. Such a waste of time with their false advertising.

Poor rapport building and communication skills. Cared more about the sale then getting to know me as a customer paying full price by cashiers check. Lied to me on multiple occasions about the cost and add ons. Failed to notify me about issues with the body of the vehicle up front. Was told that window tint was apart of the purchase price, but the tint was damaged with the sales stickers on the car windshield. They refused to fix it. The sales rep and store manager were rude and condescending. I was only given one key for my new car. I paid full price for my vehicle up front. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Steer clear.
