The trade must have a clean title and be in good running condition. This includes, but is not limited to, being free from major mechanical defects and having all necessary functioning components. The vehicle must be roadworthy and capable of passing a standard vehicle inspection. Our dealership reserves the right to inspect the vehicle to determine its condition. Financing Assist: Financing must be provided by a third-party lender using this dealership’s assistance for customers to receive the $1,000 Financing Assist credit.
New vehicle pricing includes all available offers and incentives. Prices shown do not include taxes, title, registration fees, or dealer-installed accessories, which may include commercial uplifts, a clear shield package, GPS tracking system, and/or interior & exterior paint and fabric protection. Special financing and lease offers may not be combined with these prices.
The advertised price is for the vehicle in its current condition. Any bodywork requested by the customer would be an additional cost. The price does not include sales tax, vehicle registration fees, the cost of additional requests by the customer, finance charges, processing charges, or any other fees required by law. The documentation fee in California is $85.
The advertised price may vary when trading in a vehicle. In cases of negative equity (when the trade-in value is less than the outstanding loan balance), there is a possibility of rolling the negative equity into the new vehicle being purchased, which could result in a higher price than listed online.
Pre-owned vehicles are sold cosmetically as-is and may have typical wear and tear, minor scratches, or dents. Internet prices may reflect the cosmetic condition of the vehicle. We try our best to procure books, extra keys, floor mats, and accessories from previous owners. However, we do not always have spare keys, books, or accessories for every vehicle. In most cases, we can only provide the accessories shown in the vehicle’s photographs. If you do not see an item (e.g., navigation discs, SD cards, DVD headsets), assume it is not included. Please call or email us for specific inquiries.
We strive to ensure the accuracy of all information on this site; however, errors may occur. Please verify details with a customer service representative by calling (424) 216-6027 or visiting our dealership. MSRP & Final Pricing: The Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) does not include tax, title, license fees, dealer fees, or optional equipment. Final pricing is set by the dealer. Fuel Economy: EPA mileage estimates are based on factory specifications for newly manufactured vehicles. Actual mileage may vary depending on how you drive and maintain your vehicle. For pre-owned vehicles, MPG estimates reflect EPA ratings at the time of the vehicle’s original release. The EPA periodically updates its MPG calculation methods; for the latest information and recalculations, please visit the EPA’s official website.

I had been putting off a major service because I was dreading the bill. Vanesa gave me an itemized estimate before I even dropped off the car and stuck to it exactly. No surprise labor charges, no “we found something else” calls. She gave me realistic timelines and even split the invoice by priority items and can-wait items. I did the essentials first and booked the rest for next month. The transparency and flexibility made it feel like I was working with a trusted advisor — not just a service desk. Vanesa is the reason I’m sticking with this location.

I’m based in San Diego but found a great lease special on a Chevy Trax at Culver City Chevy. Ram helped me do everything remotely — from paperwork to ID verification to insurance setup. Once it was finalized, she scheduled delivery to my home. The driver arrived right on time, went over the basics with me, and even had a gift bag in the back seat. I’ve never leased a car without setting foot in the dealership, but now I don’t think I’ll ever do it any other way. Ram made it effortless.

The best part was that everything was transparent. Sandra showed me all the numbers, including interest rate, taxes, and protection plans. I didn’t feel tricked or pushed. That’s rare in car buying.

I had a really great experience working with Brenda today. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right solution—not just making a sale. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free.

I had an amazing experience working with Brenda. She found exactly what I was looking for and even drove 2 hours to get the vehicle in the exact color and engine type I wanted. She was patient, transparent, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The manager, Sami, was also great and made sure everything went perfectly. Thank you both for the outstanding service!

The worst dealership experience I’ve ever had.
The worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. We used the Culver City dealership’s website to do an online trade-in using my VIN. Based on that, I drove over 500 miles (about 8.5 hours one way) to purchase a vehicle. When I arrived, I was told the online trade-in value wasn’t valid because they don’t run a Carfax before giving a trade-in estimate — something that was never disclosed in advance or on the qoute. I had scheduled an appointment with Mark, who didn’t know the status of the vehicle we came to see. He mentioned a few other options that “might fit our needs,” but we ended up finding them ourselves in the parking lot, which he said they didn't exist. I had specifically asked Mark to check the Carfax on my trade-in before I made the trip (I provided the VIN), and he told me everything was good — they just needed to see the car in person. Clearly, that wasn’t true. I also explained I needed a certain amount for my trade-in, which was completely disregarded. On top of that, the dealership was not transparent about hidden add-ons totaling over $5,000 — things I didn’t ask for or want (Lojack, a nearly clear tint that’s useless in Arizona, and paint protection). These were added to the sale price without upfront disclosure and the salesmen said they couldn't be taken off. To be fair, the manager, Ali, did attempt to make things right by reducing the price and eventually removing the unwanted add-ons. But by then, it was too late. He also gave incorrect information/lied about the $4,000 EV tax credit, insisting the rule was you have to make under $225K to qualify. I tried to correct him, but he wouldn't listen. In the end, it was a complete waste: hundreds of dollars in gas, one PTO day, and over 18 hours of driving "drove straight through the night and got home at 5am" — all because of misinformation, poor communication, hidden fees, and a general lack of professionalism. How can you give an online trade-in quote without a CarFax and or how do you not add a note subject to a Carfax? Terrible experience from start to finish. Unprepared salesmen, shady sales tactics, and zero accountability. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. Buyers Beware! Eugene

We searched for a Mercedes E450 station wagon, which are rare. We found one online at Culver City Chevrolet: a 2020 E450 with 45,000 miles. Even though the dealership advertised online and advertised shipping services, it was like the dealership was unfamiliar with selling a car remotely. The salesperson, Mike, was mostly responsive, and took time to film a video of the car and then Facetime us. But when it came time to purchase the car, the service level deteriorated. They insisted that we pay an additional $5,000 to dealer add-ons, even though I told them we had no desire for the add-ons (ceramic coating and interior coating). It was like I had no choice. We are both lawyers and should have considered what California regulators would think of dealers forcing buyers to pay for add-ons, but we didn't think of that until the car was delivered and our experience got much worse. I never received a P&S when we bought the car online. The dealer used an unfamiliar service to go through paperwork and I never received copies of it until a week after the car was delivered. The dealership arranged the shipment (after I paid $1,800) fairly quickly. But the car came with virtually no gas in it, had a gaping hole in the front bumper where the tow hook was, but the cap was lost, and the car was reporting an accident. There was no paperwork at all with the car: no P&S, no registration, no temporary plates. Nothing. So we couldn't even drive the car. It took days of calling, texting, and e-mailing the dealership to get them to send us the paperwork so that we could at least get temporary plates. The car sat in our garage for almost two weeks before they sent us paperwork. We drove the car for a total of four days when THREE OF THE TIRES on the car blew, and we had to replace all of the tires at a cost of $1,300. When the mechanic was replacing the tires, they found that the front drivers' side tire was dented or bent. So the dealership charges buyers $5,000 for ceramic coatings, but sells cars with bent tires. They deliver cars with no paperwork, a gaping hole in the front bumper, and no gas and then ignore customers when they plead for paperwork that will enable them to get the car registered. A California registration was not sent to us until well after a month after we purchased the car. If I were you, I wouldn't even consider buying a car from Culver City Chevrolet.

There’s a much to say and tell everyone about but, the best thing to do is experience it all in person. Karan, Medina and Sammy C. Were just out of this world. We had our agreements and disagreements but one thing they did, which REALLY made them who they are and the best buying dealerships in southern Cali, is that they never ONCE Ghosted me or not call text or email me. They’ve answered every single question I had and at the end, I had over 7 please to choose from on who to purchase my next vehicle from and without 2nd thoughts I immediately agreed to buy from these 3 guys from Culver City Chevrolet. They were professional, patient, polite, and not once did they try to push anything on my or add anything else other then what we agreed on at the end and before signing the contract. I traded in a 2025 Chevrolet corvette with under 10k for a beautiful red jeep wrangler rubicon X and a 2026 for only 1k miles. If you want to buy a car and want to be treated like your the only one there and the attention is all on you, then come here to Culver City Chevrolet. Thank you for everything you’ve done guys and I look forward to just getting my title in the next few weeks for my jeep.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience
I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Chevrolet of Culver City. I had been in contact with Blake from the sales department on Wednesday, August 27th, 2025, and again the next morning on August 28th regarding a specific F-150 diesel. Blake assured me multiple times that the truck was ready to go and available for purchase. Based on his word, I committed my time, rearranged my schedule, and drove over 3 hours from Fresno with the clear intention of buying the truck. When I arrived at the dealership, not only was Blake nowhere to be found, but another salesperson from his team came out and began the process with me. Instead of addressing the truck I had been told was ready, he first attempted to show me a completely different vehicle that I had no interest in. After clarifying and pointing out the exact truck I had been discussing with Blake via text, I was then informed that the vehicle was actually not available, that it still needed work, and was not ready for sale. This was incredibly disappointing, as I had communicated clearly, double-checked before making the drive, and was assured everything was good to go. Instead, I wasted over 6 hours of my day driving back and forth, not to mention the added gas expense and lost time. What bothers me most is the lack of professionalism and respect for a customer’s time. If the truck was not ready or not available, that should have been communicated to me upfront. Instead, I was given false assurances and misled into making a long trip for nothing. I strongly believe dealerships should be upfront, honest, and respectful when dealing with potential buyers—especially when customers are traveling long distances. Unfortunately, my experience at Chevrolet of Culver City was the exact opposite. Based on this, I cannot recommend this dealership, and I will be sharing this experience so others are aware before doing business here

Such a disappointing experience I had at this dealership
Such a disappointing experience I had at this dealership and with Emmanuel. He misled me and told me the Chevy Equinox EV would work with CarPlay and it does not. Which means I will have to pay an addtl $39/mo on a $216/mo lease for wifi in order to have navigation whereas with CarPlay it's free because you use your phone as a hotspot. He had left by the time I drove off the lot without walking me thru all the features of the car. He kept saying it would work but never followed thru. He also told me the car had power liftback and it does not. But the worst was that it was so late by the time we finished all the paperwork I asked if I could come back to empty the car I was trading in. They assure me that I could. When I came back the car had been completely emptied. Personal items, tools, prescription sunglasses for driving, keys to the properties I manage - so many items of value, many irreplaceable. When I went up on the top floor to see if I could find my things in the trash, instead I found that someone had taken my $350 espresso maker and put it aside for themselves. Which is theft. They promised me they would get to the bottom of it, that they had cameras everywhere. It's been 3 1/2 months and I never heard from them.

I was looking online for a 2019 Yukon that was listed on CarGurus for $30,809. The day before my appointment, I was told the vehicle was at another nearby lot and would be ready for my family member to test drive the next day. They scheduled us for a 12:00 appointment. On the way there, we tried calling Danny but did not get an answer. Since we were already about an hour and 15 minutes away, we called the dealership, and the gentleman who answered said he would get the vehicle from the other lot and have it ready. When we arrived, we found out the vehicle was still at the other lot, and they did not have access to the keys. Instead of being able to see or test drive the vehicle as promised, they asked us to sit down and discuss pricing. We expected the price to match the CarGurus listing of $30,809. However, once we sat down, we were told the actual price was $34,218. When I questioned why the vehicle was advertised at a lower price online, the salesman stated that this is how the owner lists the vehicles. I attempted to negotiate the price back to the advertised CarGurus price, but they would not honor it. At first, they offered $1,000 off for financing and $2,500 off for a trade-in, even though we were not trading anything in. That would have been $3,500 off the $34,218 price. Then the salesman left to speak with someone and came back saying they could only take off $1,700, making the out-the-door price approximately $35,500. After thinking it over, we decided that if they could not honor the original advertised price of $30,809 plus the appropriate fees, we would take our business elsewhere. We do not want to do business with a dealership that advertises one price online and then gives a much higher price in person. I would strongly recommend checking the dealership’s own website and getting all pricing confirmed in writing before driving there. Based on our experience, this felt like misleading advertising and a waste of time. I will also be reporting this to the BBB.

Nevin, the General Manager, publicly asked me to contact him directly to resolve my concerns. I did — multiple times. Unfortunately, he never followed up or took any action. This was after serious issues, including dealer add-ons totaling $5,880 that were presented as mandatory and a signed Due Bill for repairs that were never completed. Despite giving management every opportunity to fix the situation, I was met with silence. If even the General Manager fails to follow through after asking you to reach out, it’s clear where accountability ends. Very disappointing experience.
